ABOUT YOUR JEWELRY

Titanium Post + Hooks which is the majority of our jewelry. We choose titanium because it’s nickel free and works perfectly for sensitive ears. 

Gold Huggies + Hoops + Jump Rings are made of 14k gold filled findings.

Gold Classic + Braided Hoops are made of 18K gold plated and solid titanium filled.

They are made with a thick plating of 18k gold to ensure that your earrings stay shiny and titanium filled which means they are hypoallergenic, making them perfect for sensitive ears.

 

JEWELRY CARE

Be gentle and kind to your jewelry, they’ve come a long way to make it into your hands. Each piece is hand-marbled, formed, and assembled. Polymer clay is lightweight and has longevity if taken care of. Handle your jewelry with care. Be gentle when taking off jewelry, especially near hard floors and surfaces. Sometimes make-up and other grim may rub off onto jewelry. To clean, wash with a damp cloth or baby wipe. Also, please keep away from little ones, they love touching and breaking pretty things. 

Please keep jewelry away from water and any other harsh chemicals as this will tarnish the metal of the jewelry.

SHIPPING

Orders placed are typically shipped within 3-7 business days. This is a solo owned business and will take time for the order to be prepared. Also, shipping time is based on when the package is shipped out. Please note: I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

*COVID-19 DELAYS: Due to the current pandemic, shipping delays may occur, especially with international orders. Please use the tracking information that was send out with the shipping confirmation e-mail to track your order. 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

No returns + exchanges. Please contact me if there is an issue with your order. 

DAMAGES + REPAIRS

If you need a repair or replacement, please contact me at scarlet@heymoondesigns.com - customer will be responsible for shipping and repair cost. When sending goods back to us, please send in original box or package that will prevent any damage. 

For packages that need to be rushed, please e-mail me before placing order to make sure the package can be sent out on time. There are no guarantees but I'm happy to try my best to get orders out asap for you.
